Here are the pics from my class birthday party. Thanks you to all who made my birthday very very special! I loved the grilled cheese and soup idea...perhaps I have a future as a short-order cook. My family loved the edible arrangement and we will see you at the local Denny's soon!

I believe in the United States of America
As a government
Of the people,

For the people,
Whose just powers are derived
From the consent of the governed;
A democracy in a Republic;
A sovereign Nation of many sovereign states;
A perfect Union,
One and inseparable;
Established upon those principles
Of freedom, equality, justice and humanity
For which American patriots
Sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
Therefore, I believe it is my duty
To my country to love it,
To support its Constitution,
To obey its laws,
To respect its flag,
And to defend it against all enemies.

Bible Reflection - for Bianca, Greg and Emily

Hi Bianca, Greg and Emily,

We missed you all! Bianca we hope and pray that your headaches will go away. Greg, how was your work out? Emily, how was Tampa?

BIBLE REFLECTION - Quarter 3

Please answer the following questions in sentence and paragraph format. Each paragraph should have a clear topic and concluding sentence. Each paragraph will be graded out of 10. I will be looking for evidence that you have answered the question and given examples and evidence to support what you have said.

1. Describe in detail one chapel from this past quarter. You should include what was shared by the speaker, what was the main passage and how it impacted you.

2. Looking at your chapel reflections, what is one main thing that you have learned this past quarter about your walk with Jesus. In your opinion, describe where your relationship with Jesus is right now.

3. Describe briefly the life of King Josiah. How was his life pleasing to God? Give specific examples. What can you learn from his life?
