Nick Vujicic Video: Love WIthout Limits
Here is your HW. Watch this video and leave a comment. This is powerful stuff. I think a lot of this relates to the social challenges you all face as students. These are messages he is giving to Public Schools. Therefore, there is little or no mention to the gospel. But, don't be confused...what he is sharing is because Nick has the love of Jesus in his life. I'll put another video on another day that shares his Christian testimony.

Cholera in India
Hi 5th Grade,
Here is some information about the cholera in India during the 19th century (that is 1800-1899). Millions dies during this period primarily due to unclean, contaminated water.

LWW Test Bonus Questions
Hi 5th Grade,
Here are the test bonus questions. These must be done this weekend and stapled to your test on Monday. You will not have time to do these on Monday. They must be done on separate pieces of paper beforehand. They may be computer printed, printed or in cursive. Please just make sure they are neat. Each bonus is worth up to 2% bonus for your novel test.
Have a good weekend!
1. Define allegory in your own words. Explain how "Les Miserables" is an allegory of the Christian message. Please provide 3 separate examples that illustrate this.
2. Compare and contrast (similarities and differences) The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe novel to the radio drama and/or the movie.
Please answer in proper paragraph form on separate pieces of paper.
